You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before placing your order for the Trial of NO2 Maximus, or any of our other products. By placing your order for NO2 Maximus or any of our other products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

14 DAY TRIAL: Our 14 Day Trial policy requires you to understand certain important dates. The policy, and the important dates for you to know, are as follows:

Offer Terms
Your 14-Day Trial of NO2 Maximus includes a full 30-day supply of NO2 Maximus for just $4.95 shipping and handling (special promotions may offer a different shipping and handling charge). There will be no retroactive effect on customers who enrolled earlier when a different initial shipping and handling fee may have been in place. We ship the product via First Class Mail the day after you place your order, except that orders placed on holidays or Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following business day or Monday. First Class Mail within the United States generally takes 3 to 5 days for delivery. You will have 14 days from your original order date to decide if NO2 Maximus is right for you. If you are enjoying NO2 Maximus do nothing and at the end of your 14 day trial period you will be charged the low price of only $89.91 for the bottle you received (there will be no retroactive effect on customers who enrolled earlier when a different price may have been in place). Plus, if you decide to keep your product, you agree to be enrolled in the NO2 Maximus Membership Club and approximately 30 days from the end of your 14-day trial period and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another 1 month supply of NO2 Maximus for the same low price of $89.91, plus $5.95 shipping and handling. New York customers will be charged sales tax. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer service. Please note, most customers see most noticeable results by using NO2 Maximus consistently for 3 months. You may contact our customer service department via postal mail, email, or by using our toll free phone number. Customer service hours are 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), and 9:00AM to 2:00PM Saturday (Eastern Time). Telephone support is not available on Sundays. Note: When you purchase your Trial, your credit card may authorize your account by creating a "pending transaction" on your account in addition to the S&H charge. If you see this on your account, it's only a temporary authorization and will disappear in a few days. It is NOT a charge. We do not charge your card (besides S&H) for 14 days.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.

Regardless of whether you cancel your Trial in a timely fashion or not, You will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges associated with your Product (currently ranging between $2.95 and $5.95, depending on the Product ordered). You agree that we can charge your credit card for this amount, and you agree to pay such amount regardless of whether you cancel your Trial in a timely fashion or not. No refunds will be issued for shipping and handling charges.

Discounts: From time to time we may run special promotions and can at our sole discretion reduce the price of your offer during any periods without notice. Being a member of our auto-ship program ensures that you are locked into pricing that shall not increase as long as you remain in the program.

You may be charged a foreign transaction fee when we process your credit card payment.

Refunds and Returns
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are not satisfied with your trial for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order to process your cancellation and you will only be billed for shipping and handling. No further charges will be made.

To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at 1-888-478-0415, or by email at: support@NO2Maximus.com. Our customer service department will email you an RMA number within 24-48 hours of your request. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. trial charge). Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider. We will not provide any refunds or accept any returns for any cancellations of used trial orders made more than 14 days after placing your trial order. RMA's may take up to 7 days to process once they are received.

For recurring orders: All sales after the trial period are final, however refunds may be issued on unopened bottles if requested up to 30 days after the shipped date. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unopened package within 30 days from the shipped date and you will be refunded for that order. If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. The fastest way to obtain an RMA number is to contact our customer service representatives at 1-888-478-0415 to request an RMA number.

1. We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
2. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.

Please note the following terms:

  • Trials are subject to billing for the balance of purchase price of the product after the specified trial period (ie, 14 days). To prevent this billing, you must first obtain your RMA number within the time frame of your trial period and return the unused product within 30 days from the order date, as stipulated above.
  • Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. Returned packages will only be refunded with an RMA number that was provided by Customer Service. Call Customer Service at 1-888-478-0415 for your RMA number. RMA numbers are good for 30 days.
  • All returned products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee does not apply to Trial shipments.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your return. Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank's billing and credit schedule.
  • Our customer service representatives or interactive voice recognition system may offer you a discounted price if you call to cancel your account. Our customer service representatives or interactive voice recognition system may offer you a partial refund if you call to cancel your account. You may accept or reject the discounted price or partial refund. If you reject the discount or partial refund, then in order to obtain your refund you will be required to return the product to us using an RMA number as described above. If you accept the discount or partial refund, you agree to waive your right to return this order.

Cancellation of Future Orders
If you wish to cancel future deliveries of Product you must contact Our Customer Service at 1-888-478-0415, or by using our online cancellation form, or by email at: support@NO2Maximus.com and request that such future shipments be terminated. When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the Product(s) that you ordered. Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, you will be responsible for payment for any Product that has either A) already been shipped to you or B) already been delivered to you at the time of your call. Since cancellation applies only to future orders that have not already been shipped or delivered, there is no need to return anything.

Reversals and Chargebacks
We consider Chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services, and will be treated as such. We reserve the right to file a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services.

Customizing Orders
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we are always interested in making our customers' experience with our products enjoyable and convenient. If you would like to request custom arrangements for your account, such as delaying billing, and/or delaying a shipment, just call our customer service representatives and we will be happy to discuss your account with you. We can't accomodate every request, but we do our best to accomodate where possible. Our failure to enforce your strict performance will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

Entirety of agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your access and use of the website and your ordering and use of the Products, and supersedes and replaces all prior understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matters.

If you purchase a single bottle of NO2 Maximus without enrolling in the NO2 Maximus Membership Club, you will not be enrolled in the auto-ship program, and you will be charged $119.99 plus $5.95 shipping and handling one time (total $125.94), for the order that you placed. New York customers will be charged sales tax. If you are unsatisfied with our product, if purchased as a non-recurring single-bottle purchase, you may return the package within 30 days from the shipped date and you will be refunded for that order. To take advantage of this offer, you must purchase all three bottles in one transaction. If you purchase three bottles of NO2 Maximus without enrolling in the NO2 Maximus Membership Club, you will not be enrolled in the auto-ship program, and you will be charged $214.05 plus $5.95 Shipping & Handling, one time (total $220.00), for the order that you placed. New York customers will be charged sales tax. If you are unsatisfied with our product, if purchased as a non-recurring three-bottle purchase, you may return the package within 30 days from the shipped date and you will be refunded for that order.
